Shipping FAQ | Lifelym

Once your order has been place will send you a confirmation email from Lifelym. If your order has been place before 3pm (GMT+2) it will be shipped the same day, otherwise the next day.
Unfortunately right now we are not able to process your order on weekend, so if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday will ship your order on the following Monday.

Kindly note that right now we are not able to ship to PO Box addresses and forwarding companies. For remote or extended area a surcharge fees May apply. 

To change the delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we can only change the address if your order hasn’t been dispatched. 

Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need to mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes. 

Shipping costs is calculated during checkout on the basis of the weight, dimension and

destination of the product. Shipping cost will be included at the time of purchase. 

Yes! Please note that International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Also please note that due to due to shipping exemptions; if your country is not available in our checkout, we will not be able to ship the products to you.

Delivery time is 1 to 2 days for domestic transits.  And for International delivery it can take 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.  You will be notified, once the order has been processed. Please note that the delivery time may vary during holidays.
