Payments & Order FAQ

We accept all major cards like Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, iDeal, Shop Pay.We also accept payments by PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

You can add items to your order until you confirm payment details and complete your order. Once completed you cannot amend your order.

Once we dispatch your order you will receive a tracking number from Lifelym by which you can easily follow the progress of your delivery based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 30 minutes of ordering time. We begin preparing your order at our earliest after it is placed.
