Returns & Refunds

Yes! You can return the product within 30 days of the purchase of the product. The item must be in the original condition, unused and in their original packaging.  Please note that the return shipping charges are required to pay by the customer. 

Generally, we do not return items on sales but only exchange. We do suggest contacting our customer service at info@lifelym.com or by the contact us page to find the best solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then you will receive the refund. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Please note that we will only refund the value of the product but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

We are really sorry if you received a damaged product. Accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit simply reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible. In case the parcel has been delivered in your absence contact our customer service at info@lifelym.com or by contact us with the details of the damaged product and our team will guide you on what to do next. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
